Some Tungsten T3 devices still fail and I can't find the solution

I'm having what seems to be an old problem with pilot-link and it is that when I try to backup my Tungsten T3 I get the following message in some databases:

Fetching 'bluefiles_trustedlist' (Creator ID 'BFTP')... Failed, unable to back up database

The same error is repeated in several databases.

I've been looking in pilot-link.org and found that a couple users had or have the same problem, but I could not find the answer to that problem. Here are the links to the mail list archives:

http://www.pilot-link.org/pipermail/pilot-link-general/2003-December/001517.html

Can someone please tell me how to solve this problem? Here is my current system info:

jaime@mundomono:~$ pilot-xfer --version

Is this the right place to post this question?

Thanks in advance for any help you can bring me.
