This HOWTO will describe in detail the various ways to connect your Palm handheld device to the Internet through the cradle or HotSync ® cable, through USB (native or with Serial-to-USB adapters ) and Infrared (otherwise known as IrDA )
Connecting to the internet with your Palm device is not very difficult at all. This document is intentionally verbose, with all relevant screenshots where they make explanations clearer, so you can be sure you completely understand the options you are changing, and how they affect the outcome. Print it, convert it to DOC format, keep it with you, link to it, whatever you want to do.
I created this HOWTO in my spare time because a lot of people were requesting information on how to do this over and over in various mailing lists and online forums. I hereby make this HOWTO publicly available in the hopes that someone else will have an easier time understanding the information presented.
